One of Ecopackaging customer asked to stop to restock one ítem in particular for all their present and future orders to their Burnaby location. To our concern the most recent PO had already been built and it included 60cs of this specific ítem. To avoid any complaints from our customer i acted quick and asked inspector and picker to remove the cases immediately. It took time to update our warehouse system but the task was done and the order was shipped the same day without any other complications or delata
