One of Ecopackaging’s most important customer who’s account I handle asked to stop the restock of one item in particular for all their current and future orders from their Burnaby location. To our concern the most recent PO had already been built and it included 60cs of this specific ítem. To avoid our customer from any inconvenience i acted quick and asked the inspector and picker on charge to remove the cases immediately. It took time to update our warehouse system but the task was done and the order was shipped the same day without any other complications or delays
